About the Opportunity

• Supervise a team of 10+ administrators
• Review of invoices and cheques and cheque support
• Process accounts payable from receipt to final approval
• Weekly cash meetings
• Budgeting and job costing reporting
• Payroll support and journal entries
• Perform special projects as assigned
• Correspond with trade partners, suppliers and banks as necessary

About You

• Several years experience supervising accounts payable staff with preference to experience in real estate and homebuilding
• Ability to work independently and supervise a team
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Sage Timberline an asset
• Must have a Canadian University degree

Salary Range
$73,000 - $75,000/year
