Develops national strategy for Industry Segment/Industry Cluster
Manages the price policy and customer conditions in line with the company policies and in collaboration with the IS Manager
Effectively handles strategic accounts and achieves agreed sales targets
Coaches and trains the team (i.e., Sales Engineers, Application Engineers, National Key Account Managers, and IS Team Leader) in IS-related knowledge
Contributes to the preparation and implementation of marketing strategies for the specific cluster
Supports IS Team Leader, Sales manager, and Management in general providing market inputs and information
Responsible for collection of product requirements of the IS as input for ISP Minimum
Requirements
Technical Degree, Masters or similar preferably in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics
Local language, English fluent
MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object
5 years of relevant experience
Specific knowledge in the industry cluster/industry segment area of responsibility
Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster
