- Lead and manage all aspects of the construction process for ICI new build projects exceeding $80 million.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, including scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to site staff, subcontractors, and tradespeople to foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on ICI new build projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects exceeding $80 million in value from start to finish.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within the GTA.
