Job title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Salary: $45,000-$55,000
Hybrid - 3 days work from home

We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This role involves processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and supporting financial operations.

Responsibilities
Invoice and Payment Processing:
Review and enter invoices accurately.
Process payments, reconcile discrepancies.
Vendor Relations:
Communicate with vendors regarding payments.
Maintain positive vendor relationships.
Recordkeeping and Reporting:
Organize accounts payable files.
Generate relevant reports.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in accounting.
Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bilingual.
