Your main responsibilities include the following:
- supporting portfolio managers in their tasks
- tracking real-time portfolio evolution and exposure across regions, sectors, asset classes and currencies
- developing effective tracking and measurement tools (One Page, Management Matrix,) – Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office software required
- adeptly utilizing portfolio analysis and management tools (i.e., Croesus, Market Q)
- executing block transactions and portfolio calibrations
- collaborating seamlessly with the trading desk
- evaluating and maintaining rigorous risk management
- meticulously collecting, processing, synthesizing, organizing, and analyzing information from diverse sources to streamline decision-making processes for the portfolio managers
- assessing financial landscapes, including economic forecasts, market trends, and the dynamic evolution of stocks and portfolio investments
- articulating insightful reports and recommendations for managers and board members
- monitoring the performance of various portfolio mandates
- assisting the portfolio managers in the preparation of client conferences
- communicating fluently in French.
