Responsibilities
•Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery
•Apply repairs too components and replace parts on machines
•Troubleshoot machinery to identify problems
•Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments
•Assemble and dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts
•Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements
Qualifications
•433A ticket OR experience as a maintenance technician/mechanic
•Excellent blueprint reading skills
•Keen attention to detail
• Basic understanding of systems, equipment and schematics
• Experience with bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges and switches an asset
