As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking candidates for the position of Rental Applications Supervisor located in  Guelph, Ontario . 

Job Description
The Rental Applications Supervisor is responsible for supervising and training the Rental Applications Team, overseeing all communications from the department, assisting business operations by ensuring that all rental applications are processed in an efficient, timely manner and provide general administrative support to the Property Management Administrators and business operations department. 

What we look for :

• Willingness to take ownership of tenant concerns and take the appropriate steps to resolve them
• Knowledgeable in database management and strong data entry skills.
• Understanding of residential property management or real estate.
• Working knowledge of Yardi is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
• Able to be proactive with strong problem solving skills, judgment and innovation.
• Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills while remaining detail oriented. 
• Previous experience leading/training a team is an asset. 
• Minimum 3 years post-secondary education or 3-5 years equivalent workplace experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
