We currently have an opening for an ambitious Project Manager in our Regina branch. This full-time position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.
As the Project Manager , you will be responsible to:
- Establish and monitor processes, systems, standard operating procedures, methods, and projects designed to promote best practices and production efficiency;
- Establish quality control measures and work with the Production team to document and investigate quality control issues effectively;
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and waste reduction while maintaining high standards of quality;
- Establish strong relationships with vendors and suppliers ensuring production can be optimized;
- Work collaboratively across the organization seeking feedback and establishing effective relationships with division leaders and branch managers.
Your Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project managing Division 08 required
- DHI accreditation will be considered an asset
Your Skills:
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Strong planning, and organizational skills
- Critical/logical thinking and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proven skills in leading/managing through others
- Action orientated and willing to challenge the status quo
