Job :
Brandt is currently looking for Strategic Sourcing Specialist in our Regina location. This position is responsible for supporting Strategic Sourcing activities related to data management, order management, pricing controls, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate products
- Implement supplier agreements
- Manage First Article sample ordering
- Assist in managing transition of MFG to PURC parts, working closely with Supply Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, PDM, and others
- Coordinate supplier reviews
- Manager supplier relationships related to a variety of Brandts material needs
- Stay current on internal and external customer needs
- Locate and evaluate global commodity pricing trends
- Maintain awareness of emerging technology in order to reduce costs of inputs on existing products
- Obtain best value for inputs for new product developments
- Bring knowledge on leading edge products or alternatives to the market
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or similar discipline.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred (SCMA)
- Extensive experience in ERP systems.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office software, esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
