TPD is currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's team in Prince George, BC. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for the successful candidate to lead and nurture a team of exceptional maintenance professionals while actively contributing to the strategic development of our client's maintenance plan. Opportunity to lead a growing maintenance division
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Oversee the Interior and Northern maintenance division, including daily operations
Execute the maintenance plan, prioritizing repairs and ordering parts as necessary
Lead and mentor maintenance professionals
Perform equipment repairs when needed
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
BC Journeyperson or Interprovincial Red Seal in heavy equipment repair
Minimum 3 years of experience overseeing maintenance teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
