Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials, presentations, and resources.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees on IT tools, systems, and best practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.
- Stay updated on technology trends and advancements to continuously improve training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT training, with expertise in instructional design and delivery.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to tailor training content to different audience needs and learning styles.
