Title: Sales Development Representative (Home Improvement)

Company: Five Star Bath Solutions of GTA North

Location: Fully Remote (Operating areas are Richmond Hill, Woodbridge, Markham, Thornhill, Vaughan, and East Brampton)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Base & Bonus Compensation ($18-22 per hour + $12,000 - 30,000 in bonus compensation based on performance.)

Job Description:

Five Star Bath Solutions of GTA North is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking to expand our team! We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (Home Improvement) who will play a crucial role in providing support and assisting the Sales team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Call all leads and book/confirm appointments for in-home sales visits.
• Work directly with the Sales team to ensure exceptional customer service from initial contact to post-installation follow-up.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions and communications with customers and colleagues.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Record all interactions accurately in software and track and communicate activity to upper-level management.
• Manage the sales calendar and book/confirm appointments for the sales staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lead setting and/or sales support roles.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and lead others.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
