Job description
Adecco is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join their team in Fredericton, NB. This is a 6-month Contract role with a competitive salary of $22.22 per hour. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient incident resolution and providing exceptional support.
Pay rate: $22.22/hour.
Location: Fredericton, NB
Shifts: Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:30pm AST
Job type: Temporary 6-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Follow up on incidents to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and track incidents, ensuring resolution within Service Level Agreements.
Act as a primary knowledge resource for products/services.
Identify root causes for customer dissatisfaction and recommend solutions.
Handle senior-level escalations and customer complaints.
Receive and document customer problems/requests/issues.
Resolve customer issues following defined procedures.
Notify and escalate incidents for proper management attention.
Develop and maintain knowledge of customer business environment.
Understand and adhere to Service Level Agreements and key performance requirements.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Participate in training to enhance professional skills.
Requirements:
College graduate or undergrad with equivalent experience.
Advanced communication skills (Berlitz B1T/SVAR Cat C).
Advanced Customer Service, Computer skills, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
