About this role

We are recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join the Power Quality team in our Burnaby office. Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

Your responsibilities

• Dispatching and scheduling technician and contractors
• Regular customer follow ups (re: quotes, report drop offs, sending reminders for service renewals
• Set up, enter and review work orders
• Drafting quote letters for service department
• Billing and invoicing
• Reviewing reports and tracking infrared reports and customer renewals
• Other administrative support as required

Your experience and skills

• 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative support role, including dispatching experience
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc). Experience with JDE an asset
• Organized and strong attention to detail
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Positive attitude and team player with strong customer service skills
• Flexible with the proven ability to multi task in a changing, fast-paced environment
• Basic electrical or construction knowledge is an asset
