Role overview We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (Identity & Access Management) to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to identity and access management systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.

- Preparation of high/low level requirement document, Unit Test Cases, Requirements & Traceability Matrix
What you’ll do - Leading critical high visible customer facing project end to end from planning to execution. Onboarded applications to digital platform using agile methodologies.
- Clear in communication and keeps the partners advised about the program by sharing scrum notes, sprint reviews reports, project retrospectives and regular snapshots of burn down and project velocity.
- Point of contact for customer leading delivery of application maintenance and support.
- Acting as the main interface between a specific business/functional area and their IT partners.
- Working independently and efficiently with scrum teams and at all levels from multiple divisions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the tasks and lead multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Track problem status and resolution and supply during RCA on major problem
What you bring to the role - Over 10+ years on leading and running the development, enhancement, Application support and maintenance engagements working in multiple industries preferably Retail & Healthcare
- 10+ years’ experience as a delivery management/leadership handling distributed teams in delivering end-to-end high revenue application.
- Identity life cycle management (Provisioning, De-provisioning, and Update).
- Experience in Identity and Access Management domain with specializing in IAM tools – CA IDM, SailPoint
- Good to have work experience on CA Identity Manager & SiteMinder, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk.
- Experience in any development languages Java(preferred), Perl etc.
- Collaborate on the delivery of multiple IAM-related projects and initiatives.
