Job description

Job Duties:
1.Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
2.Create work schedules for staff members, ensuring that adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
3.Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store always has adequate stock and that products are displayed attractively.
4.Conduct regular audits of the store's inventory and ensure that all discrepancies are resolved quickly.
5.Ensure that the store is always clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers.
6.Resolve customer complaints and address any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
7.Ensure proper store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks.
8.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring that all staff members adhere to them.
9.Support the stores marketing and promotion activities and provide suggestions on improvement.
10.Accountable for preparing reports about sales revenue, average transaction value, inventory turnover, customer satisfaction ratings, and employee productivity metrics.
11.Maintain a safe and secure working environment for staff and customers, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
12.Hire, train, and coach sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
Qualifications:
1.Previous experience working in a retail environment is required; experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
2.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
3.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and staff members.
