AMGiNE has disrupted the space by developing proprietary Ai capabilities to radically improve corporate agent's efficiency and greatly enhance the corporate traveler booking experience.
The Corporate Travel Industry is a $1.4 trillion dollar business and we are poised for tremendous growth as the proven leader in this space. We currently have signed agreements with many Corporate Travel Agencies, serving millions of travelers globally.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Product Development, you will work closely with multi-functional teams to develop the scope, results, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new and existing projects.

As a Project Manager you will:
- Have at least 5 years Project Management experience working on software development
- Gather and interpret project requirements efficiently to allocate resources
- Expertly manage project scope, including negotiations for scope changes, securing agreements, and obtaining sign-off
- Be the Scrum Master and help the team work more effectively by removing obstacles
- Ensure that project management methodologies, including the use of templates and tools, are consistently applied in the projects
- Provide accurate project estimates and schedules while monitoring progress against these schedules and communicating with the team
- Ability to work well within the existing team and present and communicate ideas clearly
- Is engaged with the team and able to present solutions to complex problems
- Stay updated with the latest digital technology trends and foster effective communication among stakeholders
- Take accountability for individual project results and quality of deliverables
- Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations/executive briefings as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years project Management experience working in software development
- Previous experience working with customer facing technology and proven consumer adoption
- Previous experience working in an agile environment
- Previous experience working with Jira or other project management tools
- Ability to understand clients' challenges and provide creative solutions including a detailed plan of resolution
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience managing a team's workload
- Ability to learn quickly and implement process change
- The ability to think laterally in determining effective solutions for business problems
- Possess a high level attention to detail
- Proven capacity to be an active team player and to proactively contribute to team initiatives
- A strong willingness to take initiative, work autonomously, and manage time effectively to meet pressing deadlines
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves, thrive in controlled chaos, and get things done
Nice to have:
- PMP designation
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience in the travel industry
- Understanding of technical requirements
- Demonstrable success in creating, launching, scaling, and maintaining digital consumer products
