We are currently looking for a Scanning Clerk for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $16.56.

3month contract.

Fulltime 37.50 hours per week.

Onsite presence from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Open prepare and sort all incoming mail for digital imaging and subsequent processing.

Analyze document content to identify the relevant Business area/work type (Individual Life Wealth Management Affinity GSRS Bank Group).

Apply appropriate tracking methodology for specific mail streams and processes.

Perform document scanning on highspeed scanners as needed.

Monitor select workflow queues to troubleshoot imaging issues directed from Business Unit processing areas.

Provide quality control to ensure accuracy and completeness of processed documents.

Act as a liaison between Office Services and Business Unit customers providing excellent quality customer service.

Maintain a consistent workflow set priorities and work within tight deadlines to meet Service Level Agreements.

Impact the ability of all Business Units to process work efficiently through timely and accurate document processing.

What you will need to succeed:

Strong organizational skills.

Time management skills.

Experience in a deadlinedriven environment demonstrating proficiency in managing fluctuating work volumes and adeptly setting shortterm priorities.

Ability to recognize a wide variety of documents categorize them accordingly and demonstrate critical attention to detail and accuracy in document analysis and processing.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of AWD CICS Lotus Notes IAS Compass InfoDirect.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in English and French is an asset).

Experience in customer service.
