Montreal’s top fashion recruitment agency Patty Shapiro & Associates is looking for a customer-focused, responsible and passionate Customer Service Coordinator.
A day in the life of a Customer Service Coordinator:
- Answer all in-coming calls and respond to customer requests and inquires in a prompt manner
- Manage emails – CSR Inbox & general Customer Service Inbox
- Communicate with customers regarding any stock and/or sample order issue or inconsistency
- Provide customers with information regarding products and services
- Using company computer system - classify, research, and determine all customer issues
- Fulfilling (Shopify) E-Com orders.
- Processing Direct ship orders and communicating with 3PL W/H
- Processing customer returns / Issuing credit notes as needed.
- Preparing and shipping (FedEx or DHL) Sample orders to customers.
To land this role you will need to be/have:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, men’s apparel experience an asset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with Momentis, an asset
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Great interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English and French spoken and written)
