ABOUT THIS ROLE

n

You typically work from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm .

n

As a Service Advisor, you ensure a seamless experience for our clients. You greet customers when they visit or call, listen attentively to their concerns, and answer their questions. Your goal is to build trust and establish long-term relationships. You offer service recommendations, prepare estimates, and consult with technicians to provide work timelines. While repairs are underway, you keep the client updated on the job's progress. When the job's done, you collect payment and send the client safely on their way.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for a friendly person who is communicative, goal-oriented, and eager to learn more. The ability to close sales and make data-driven decisions would be preferred. You might be perfect if you also meet the following qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience as a service advisor
n
• Knowledge about auto repair and maintenance services
n
• Computer proficiency and ability to use service management software
n
• Valid driver's license
n
