What we’re looking for

As a machine learning intern, you will be equipped with rich product data ranging from text to image and video. You’ll build cutting edge ML models to solve real customer issues. You will have the opportunities to learn from accomplished engineers in a welcoming and constructive environment.

What you’ll be working on

• You will be assigned a specific project within one of our teams and have a dedicated mentor and manager to support you throughout the program
• You will work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to transform a business problem to a machine learning problem. 
• You will have opportunities for filing patents and publications for the innovation work you will do
• You will be invited to social and developmental events that will provide accessibility to leadership, social responsibility, and team-building opportunities

We’d love to hear from people with

• Currently pursuing a Masters or PhD (graduating in Spring 2025) in Machine Learning, Data Mining, AI, Statistics, Math or related discipline. 
• Solid CS fundamentals (data structures and algorithms)
• Excellent understanding of text analysis technologies such as natural language processing algorithms.
• Excellent understanding of statistics and optimization techniques. 
• Experience with building machine learning models using large datasets
• Eagerness to learn and get hands-on experience with the latest technologies
• Ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear manner, at a level appropriate for the audience.
• Strong work ethic and desire to have fun working with great people
• Publications, patents or prior industry experience preferred.
