Lake Country Co-op is hiring an Assistant Agro Team Leader onsite at our Agro Centre location in Prince Albert, SK.

If you are looking to use your agriculture industry experience, retailing knowledge, and leadership skills to take Lake Country Co-op Agro Centre to the next level, then Lake Country Co-op is looking for you. Based in the Prince Albert Agro Centre you will support the Agro Team Leader within the scope of our values, mission, and brand, and assist in leading the Agro Centre retail store operations including feed, oil, ag equipment, and general agricultural supplies.

What youll do:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Collaborate with the Agro Team Leader to lead and direct the operational team in a dynamic, fast pasted retail store setting including recruitment, training, coaching, mentoring, scheduling, and managing performance of the store team
Coordinate load out and delivery of product
Assist with the management of the warehouse facilities, ensuring all regulatory and reporting requirements are met
Ensure procedures for receiving, ordering, merchandising, and inventory control are being followed
Oversee and support adherence to the Safety Management and Asset Protection systems, policies, procedures, records, and training requirements
