Are you a Millwright looking to join a world-class operation in the Barrie area?

Do you possess strong troubleshooting abilities on unique equipment? Do you have strong communication skills work well within a larger team, and want to work for an organization that contributes to your retirement? If so, please continue to read on!

- must have 433A, 5 years experience as a qualified millwright; CFQ an asset
7 years experience as a press operator

We are looking for two candidates to fill open vacancies. This role is based out of the Barrie area
Work straight days Monday - Friday full paid benefits plus overtime

Responsibilities
- working closely with other trades, including machinists, toolmakers, and electricians Press Disassembly & Assembly
Inspections
Troubleshooting

Repairs, Welding & fabrication
New controls installation
Hydraulic/pump replacements & Lube systems
Safety guards
Press Upgrades
Emergency breakdown

Qualifications
- must have 433A, 5 years experience as a qualified millwright; CFQ an asset
7 years experience as a press operator
- must have strong troubleshooting abilities
- able to work well within a team setting
- experience with 5s, Continuous improvement is highly desired
- strong fabrication experience with machining and welding is required
