Title: Accounts Payables Technician
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Salary: 55-65K

Responsibilities
Receiving and verifying invoices accurately
Maintaining vendor records
Preparing and processing payments (checks, electronic payments, and wire transfers)
Reconciling vendor statements to ensure accurate payment records and resolving any discrepancies.
Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues, answer inquiries, and provide information.
Generating reports on accounts payable activities(outstanding payments and aging reports)
Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions

Qualifications
AEC/DEC in Accounting
2 -3 years of experience min
Experience working with D365 (an Asset)

Proficient with Excel
Bilingual
