Job description
Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a client in Ayr, Ontario for the role of Customer Services/ Inside Sales Specialist/ Customer Services for a family run organization who is a leader in the Power Transmission and Bulk Material Handling Industry, classified as an essential business.
What will you do?
In this role, you will sell manufactured components to internal and external customers while providing technical information, support, and service to customers.
· Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base for product and pricing information, order status, or delivery confirmation.
· Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery; working closely with our machine shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders.
· Enter orders and quotes and perform quote follow-ups/analyses and follow through with ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
· Bulk material handling products and systems – application review, technical assistance, design, quotation construction and order entry
· A complete extensive hands-on training program is provided.

· Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills/Experience:
· 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience is preferred
· Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination required
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (bilingualism French/English an asset)

Education:
· High School Diploma, required
