We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual for a Part-Time Bookkeeping position in Lindsay, ON.

Qualified candidates must also have experience with Quickbooks, AR/AP reconciling, HST and WSIB Submissions.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor relationships and address inquiries.
Bookkeeping:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage and maintain financial records, both physical and digital.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable/accounts payable.
- Experienced with HST and submissions.
- Experienced with WSIB submissions.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, etc..).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
