We are currently looking for (2) Recruiters for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $30.64.
6month contract.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to proactively identify and source talent in critical skill areas establishing a robust talent pipeline for our Contact Center.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent encompassing both passive and active candidates.
Provide coaching to managers on effective recruitment processes interview techniques and selection criteria.
Stay abreast of current recruitment trends within the investment sector by cultivating and expanding a network of industry contacts actively participating in relevant industry events and engaging with professional associations.
Internally promote our services to employees and managers emphasizing our valueadd and expertise.
Lead the candidate selection process ensuring that managers are equipped with the necessary tools to choose the most qualified candidates.
What you will need to succeed:
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
2 3 years of experience in recruiting within the financial services industry.
Demonstrated success in taking a consultative approach with internal and external clients while providing business solutions.
Experience using alternative sourcing methods with a focus on social media and networking tools.
Organized and detailoriented with a proactive approach.
Demonstrated ability to navigate an environment with multiple and shifting priorities with ease.
