We are currently hiring for a Retail Administrator to join our team which consists of one warehouse and three retail stores operating in peak season.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Liaising with suppliers in the event of an order discrepancy,
- Working closely with our retail purchasing coordinator to prepare purchase orders for our suppliers in a timely manner,
- Work closely with our warehouse team to ensure they are aware of product and replenishment flow to ensure sales opportunities are maximized,
- Supporting the team with any additional tasks as required to help achieve company objectives,
- Traveling as required for store visits
- Please note this is an in-office position, based in North Vancouver BC.
Qualifications: - Minimum two years' experience in a high-volume retail environment.
- Work effectively under pressure and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge required.
- Previous experience of merchandising an asset,
- Positive, proactive, and energetic personality,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
The compensation for this position will be between $47,000 - $50,000 annually
