Job description

Our Client is looking for a Personal Lines VIP Account Manager

The candidate enjoys interacting with people, provides exceptional, personalized customer service.  As a team member of the personal lines department, you will use your strong communication skills to answer calls and properly handle customer inquiries, explain insurance coverage, provide claims counseling and much more. Job Requirements

• Must have RIBO license 
• 3-5 years experience in Personal Lines VIP account management
• Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and group 
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently 
• Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience 
• Efficient and driven to fulfill customer needs 
• Strong computer skills 
• Must have ability to multi-task 
• Strong organizational skills
