Job description
Arctic Spa Regina is a premium hot tub company looking to hire a full-time administrator Tuesday through Saturday.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls in a professional manner
- Responsible for keeping front end of store clean and organized
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
- Receive and process A/R payments
- Operate and maintain POS operating system
- Perform quick and efficient transactions
- Provide administrative support to accounting
- Ship and receive parcels from couriers
- Order and receive parts and chemicals
- Invoicing
Requirements:
- Proficient on a computer
- Decision making and problem solving
- Customer Service and communication skills
- Must be able to work Saturdays
* The successful candidate must be very well organized, good with numbers, and be able to multi task in a busy environment. Attention to detail with customer information and invoicing is important.
* This position is Full-Time, Tuesday through Saturday.
Candidate must be able to work SATURDAYS.
** Experience in accounting is an ASSET.
