Join our growing team! Amico is currently seeking to fill an Intermediate Accounts Payable.
SUMMARY Responsible for verifying, matching, and posting freight bills, invoices, issue payment, expense reports, filing, etc.
Primary Responsibilities: - Freight and Brokerage Bills
- Receiving/invoice posting
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Sale team Expense Reports
- Labor analysis reports
- Reconciliation of accounts payable & accrual liabilities
- Other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals and functions throughout the company
- Computer Proficiency with MS Office Applications. Experience with SAP is an asset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage relationships with vendors and co-workers to ensure vendor satisfaction.
- Must be logical, organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
- At least 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Accounting diploma is a must
- Be professional and good work ethics, can work well with team, good personalities, strong time management skills
Experience:
- AP: 3+ years (Required)
- General Accounting: 1 year (Required)
