Job description
Our client, a global sports equipment manufacturer has an immediate opportunity for a sports marketing coordinator. This is an 18 month contract opportunity and offers a hybrid work arrangement in the Greater Toronto area.
The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate the sports apparel creation for various professional sports clubs. The role also involves managing relationships with clubs and team marketing departments' contractual deliveries. Collaboration with US counterparts is essential to ensure smooth product delivery and troubleshooting of any issues. Additionally, the role involves coordinating the timely delivery of product according to Brand Communications guidelines.

Responsibilities
Manage, service, and strengthen relationships with sports clubs on a day-to-day basis.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with club stakeholders at all levels to enhance company's reputation.
Collaborate with US counterparts throughout the apparel creation process.
Ensure all commitments to club partners are fulfilled, maximized, and superior service is provided.
Manage the budget with various sports clubs
Qualifications
Ability to exercise judgment, think critically, and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaborative skills to manage priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Team player with the ability to influence decisions both internally and externally.
Proficiency in B2B platforms, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Willingness to travel extensively, especially during peak periods.
Qualifications:
Four-year college or university degree, with an emphasis on marketing or business preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for a degree.
