ISLAND OWL MAZDA is growing again and we are looking for an Appointment Coordinator to join our team in our busy Vancouver Island location. Our ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, and a desire to grow with us! This will be a shared role with our North Island Nissan dealership, so working with both customer databases will be part of the role.

Responsibilities: 

• Book and confirm service appointments
• Service follow up calls
• Track daily activities
• Communicate with parts department to ensure parts are available for booked appointments
• Service reminder calls
• Recall reminder calls
• Other various admin duties

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Professional manners on the phone

Wage:

• Depending on experience; pay range $20-$25 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (required)
• Automotive dealership: 1 year (preferred)
