Job description

Vestcor has a full-time position available for an Insurance Services Coordinator.

Located in Fredericton, Vestcor is the largest investment manager in Atlantic Canada providing global investment management services to ten different client groups representing approximately $20.0 billion in assets under management. We also provide administration services to eleven pension plans and four employee benefit plans.

The Insurance Services Coordinator works as part of the Data Services team which is responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date member records related to pensions and employee benefits. The Insurance Services Coordinator position is responsible for the processing of applications related to insured benefits.

The ideal candidate requires a high school diploma as well as 3 years related experience in a financial environment. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, be a team player and have a client service focus. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills are also required.

Written and spoken competence in English is required and French would be considered an asset.
