The Brokerage Operations team at Questrade processes entries and updates requested by clients, various regulatory groups and interdepartmental requests in a timely manner. This role is a 12 month contract

And where does the RSP Administrator fit into this?
The purpose of the RSP Administrator is to ensure efficient processing of client requests and account updates. The RSP Administrator will process client requests and update client accounts in accordance with SRO regulations and Questrade’s internal operations procedures, while continually being vigilant of the customer experience.

So are YOU our next RSP Administrator? You are if you have
✔ 1+ years of brokerage experience, preferably in Customer Service, Back Office or RSP Administration
✔ Working knowledge of registered accounts such as RRSP, RESP, TFSA and RIF
✔ A postsecondary education in Finance or Economics
✔ Proven knowledge of the securities industry
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Working knowledge of BPS
✔ Excellent computer skills, especially Google suite of products
✔ Excellent organizational, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
✔ A flexible mindset and the ability to keep up with changing priorities
✔ The ability to work independently and with little supervision
✔ A strong work ethic and the drive to be a self-starter
✔ Strong numerical skills and keen attention to detail
✔ A deadline-driven and results-oriented attitude

Brownie points if you have
✔ Successfully completed the CSC and CPH
✔ Customer service experience
