Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent (3 days office/2 days remote)
Salary: $70,000 (Based on experience)

We would love to meet:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (an asset)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and implementation processes
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluently bilingual (English required for communications outside Quebec)
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute actively to the year-end audit process
- Collaborating with accounting team and take charge of the accounts payable cycle
- Oversee credit card and expense report reconciliations
- Stay engaged in ERP system updates, facilitating seamless adaptation and enhancing efficiency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on diverse projects
- Maintain adherence to accounting standards and regulatory compliance
