Adecco is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our clients warehouse team. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers, and we need reliable General Laborers to support our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the efficient and smooth functioning of the facility. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay rate: $16.55-$17.75/hour.

Responsibilities:
Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of products.
Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders according to established guidelines, maintaining quality standards and meeting productivity goals.
Inventory Control: Assist in keeping accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Cleaning and Organizing: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by sweeping, cleaning, and organizing warehouse spaces regularly.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
Adherence to Safety Procedures: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, sometimes in excess of 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic math skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
