Job description

The ideal candidate will recieve our Leads, contact the Union and Association Members, grant them no Cost Benefits and offer permanent Benefits. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of building their own the sales team. 

Responsibilities

• Support the learning and development of the sales team of 5 people
• Contact, call and meet with prospective leads
• Track and report all sales activities

Qualifications

• Average or better than average computer skills for remote work
• Teachable, positive attitude, willing to learn and follow the system that has been created for them
• A good work ethic. Willing to study, learn, work different hours.
