As a security guard in Healthcare setting, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?

• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Respond to calls from client
• Remove unwanted persons from the property 
• Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
• Provide Excellent customer service

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• De-escalation skills
• Must be good with Technology
• Verbal Judo skills ( Asset)
• Must be good with Technology 
• Valid Provincial Security Guard License
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to do Afternoon Shifts 
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
