Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Ottawa (ON) – onsite
Salary: $19 per hour + 4% vacation pay
Job Type: 6-month contract to start ASAP

We are hiring for Bilingual Customer Service Representative positions in Ottawa. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service, this job is for you!

Shifts Available:

- Monday to Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (with rotational Saturday)

Bilingual Customer Service Representative   Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls or emails from customers
- Perform accurate data entry while following all customized procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with clients and service team
- Work on multiple computer systems

Bilingual Customer Service Representative   Must Have Skills:

- 6+ months in a customer service role with data entry experience
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and French
- Strong attention to detail entering data
- Criminal background check is required, must be able to obtain/pass a clear criminal background check
