Marketing Manager
Edmonton, AB
Lock Search Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their client’s team in Edmonton, Alberta . In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving brand visibility, cultivating strategic partnerships, and spearheading the implementation of cutting-edge marketing strategies. Your expertise will play a crucial role in propelling the company brand to new heights of success in the competitive market landscape.
*Hybrid Working Model (3 days at the office, 2 days remote)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination of Dealer POS:
- Manage the procurement, distribution, and tracking of point-of-sale materials for dealers.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper placement of POS materials to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Coordination of All Marketing Material:
- Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
Creating Relationships with Provincial Dealer Associations:
- Establish and nurture partnerships with provincial dealer associations to expand market reach and enhance brand reputation.
Planning Events/Booths/Sponsorships/Charity Events:
- Strategize, plan, and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, sponsorships, and charity events to increase brand awareness and foster community engagement.
LinkedIn Management:
- Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, including content creation, posting, engagement, and networking to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Going to Events:
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
Minor Graphic Designing (Outsource as Needed):
- Utilize graphic design skills to create marketing materials, social media graphics, and other visuals as needed. Coordinate with external design agencies when necessary.
Email Campaigns:
- Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive sales conversions.
Direct Mail Campaigns:
- Plan and implement direct mail campaigns targeting specific customer segments to generate leads and drive engagement.
Research and Development:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer surveys to identify opportunities for product development, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
- Proven experience in marketing management roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
