Job description

Academic and Career Services at The University of Winnipeg endeavours to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where students can ask questions, seek assistance and obtain the information and support they need to be successful in their studies.

The Academic and Career Advisor is a full-time continuing position tasked with providing academic advising for students and supporting them in academic and other types of appeals. The successful candidate will take a holistic, developmental advising approach, providing a range of academic supports and making referrals to on and off campus resources as needed.

Condition(s) of Employment:

The salary range for this position will be from $53,398.80 to $74,019.40 annually.

Note: The work described in this posting will be conducted in-person, with an opportunity to apply for Remote Work for one (1) day per week. Fully in-person work may be required during peak times throughout the year.
