Goldstream Park is Hiring for the Summer!

Would you like to join a dynamic team, work in a beautiful outdoor environment, and keep fit while working with us to maintain a safe a clean campground for guests?
Are you reliable and a motivated team player, with a positive attitude, enjoy a variety of job tasks, have an eye for detail, and able to communicate well?
We are hiring seasonal positions at Goldstream Provincial Park:

• Park Patrol- evenings/weekends
• Park Attendant/Maintenance- weekends/days
• Gatehouse/Reservations- days/evenings/evenings/weekends

Wages:

• $20-$24 per hour – Part-time and Full-time season positions (April to Sept/October)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Attributes we are looking for:
o Team members with ability to perform physical duties for 8 hours
o Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
o Be productive and able to work independently, rain or shine
o Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks thoroughly and within a timely manner
o Good time management
o Customer service
o Cash handling experience (Patrol and Gatehouse/Registration)
o Prior cleaning/janitorial experience
o Prior landscaping experience with related tools
o Operation of power tools

Required:

• Valid drivers license and drivers abstract
• Criminal Record check for vulnerable sector

Salary/Wage

20-24 hour
