SR Personal Lines CSR- Concord/Vaughan
Our client is currently looking for a RIBO Licensed Senior Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you would be a fit for their team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional day to day customer service to our clients
- Processing policy changes
-Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
-Assist and provide support to Producers as required
-Process callbacks, submissions and mail in a timely manner
-Flexible to perform various assigned tasks
-Promotes company features and benefits as part of an ongoing portfolio review
-Cross-sell a variety of products at every opportunity
-Promotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building
- Remains current on all company philosophies and procedures
-Accepts risks within established guidelines
Qualifications:
-Currently holds a RICO license in good standing
-Min. 6 years experience as a licensed broker
-You have a superior client service orientation
-You have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing
-You have excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
-You have demonstrated your ability to function effectively in a fast-paced. muli-faceted environment
-You maintain a positive attitude and are a team player
-You have strong analytical and decision-making abilities
-You demonstrate the ability to adapt to change
-You are proficient in BMS and Microsoft
-You will support the Broker/Producer by being a liaison with the insurance companies, clients and any other customer as required
-You will provide the first point of conduct between underwriters to respond to underwriting questions from Brokers or Underwriters.
