Service Advisor- Total Works Truck and Equipment
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
Total Works Truck & Equipment is an independently owned and operated truck & trailer repair facility, specializing in, but not limited to, safety inspections, crane inspections, welding and hydraulic repairs. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Always provide a consistent and high level of customer service.
• Schedule service appointments for customers and provide customers with service updates throughout the repair process.
• Communicate with the Heavy-Duty technicians regarding recommendations, repairs, status/completion times and concerns.
• Compile parts & service cost estimates
• Participate in and add value to safety initiative, policies, and procedures, ensuring safe work practices are adhered to in all day-to-day activities.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Directly related experience working in the trucking industry would be considered a strong asset.
• Directly related training or education in the mechanical and/or agricultural industry is an asset.
• Ability to make strong, independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use industry specific software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required. Valid Class 1 Driver’s License would be considered an asset.
