Overview
Our client is North America's leading supplier of award-winning, pre-engineered steel buildings. At a point of growth, they seek a Sales Representative to join their team.
Sales representatives are the principal point of contact between a business and its customers.
They ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and
customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. In many ways the face of the company, sales
representatives may do everything from answering phones to monitoring the competition, all
while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.
As a Sales Representative, you must maintain the positive image, brand, and reputation of the
company. You will serve as the point of contact between the business and its prospects and
clients, and you will have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating
prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that
relates to the products and services. You must be an effective communicator, detail-oriented,
motivated, and have excellent people skills and you must always function according to
the company's core values: Integrity, Honesty and Accountability.
Responsibilities
● Actively market, design and sell steel buildings. Present, promote and sell
products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customers.
● Manage all daily incoming leads and interactions with new and existing
customers.
● Identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts,
performing cost-benefits and needs analysis for existing/potential customers.
● Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer
relationships to ensure future sales.
● Reach out to customer leads according to company protocol, using
telephone and email, leaving voicemail and text messages.
● See projects through from Lead assignment to building
delivery/completion with 100% customer satisfaction.
● Track and demonstrate results using company CRM.
● Other duties as assigned.
Location : Markham, Ontario - Onsite Monday to Friday
Compensation : 100% Commission - Compensations are paid on a bi-weekly basis.
