JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & HRIS, you are part of the team responsible for attracting and retaining top talent through a competitive, strategic compensation and benefits programs that reflects our corporate values and culture. As the Compensation Advisor you play both an advisory role and act as an expert in delivering innovative, competitive, and cost-effective compensation and benefit programs that are valued by our employees and contribute to our overarching business objectives.
