Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
Work Arrangement: 2 days work from home, flexible hours

Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze periodic and sector-specific financial statements for individual properties.
- Develop and coordinate budgets for different centers.
- Provide monthly explanations for variances compared to operational budgets.
- Prepare and coordinate budget forecasts for properties.
- Consolidate annual expenses for each property to assist Lease Managers in invoicing operating expenses and taxes related to leases.
- Manage balance sheet items related to management mandates (Receivables, Payables, Cash).
- Contribute to various special projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounting, analysis, budgeting, and the preparation of financial statements.
- Experience in commercial real estate accounting is an asset.
- Functional in both spoken and written French and English.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Yardi software and asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
