Commercial Lines CSR - Transportation Vaughan
Our client is currently looking for a RIBO Licensed Commercial Lines - Transportation Customer Service Representative. If you are passionate about transportation / logistics / Cargo.. they are the Broker for you!! Responsibilities Include
Providing exceptional day to day customer service to their clients
Full service cycle – from initial inquiry, binding coverage, renewal cycle
Processing policy changes
Quote new business
Re-marketing of all transportation accounts
Issue certificates and liability slips
Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters- negotiate renewals
Assist and provide support to Producers as required
Process callbacks, submissions, and courier in a timely manner
Flexible to perform various assigned tasks
Promotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building
Remains current on all company philosophies and procedures
Underwrites and accepts risks within established guidelines
Qualifications:
Currently holds RIBO license in good standing
Min 3 years previous Individually Rated Commercial Automobile experience****
Min 2 year previous Long Haul Trucking/Fleet experience***
Experience with cross boarder trucking is an asset
Power Broker experience an asset
