Position Summary

In accordance with established vision, values and strategic directions of Northern Heath, the Payroll Lead is responsible for supporting the payroll function. Prepares or ensures preparation of documentation such as government remittances. Prepares various year-end slips, working papers and government/auditor reports. Performs complex analyses and reconciliations.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00

Qualifications

• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation or post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, four (4) years of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to deal with others effectively.
• Ability to organize work.
• Ability to operate related equipment.
• Ability to work effectively under the pressure of deadlines.
